PROJECT MANAGER:
Norris, Tennessee
Full – Time with travel
The duties and responsibilities include the direct execution of multiple field projects within budgeted costs, time and scope to include overall project development, logistics, completion schedules, safety, quality of work, documentation and reporting. Candidate must have the ability to maintain a positive working relationship with customers, clients, contractors and internal business departments through open information exchange on project progress, risks, costing and issues. Candidate must also be able to provide direct leadership of field supervisors and crew(s) to include communication of job expectations, appraisal of work performance, adherence to safety standards and company policies. This position requires a self-motivator and minimal supervision as well has the willingness to take ownership of projects. Our ideal Candidate will be outgoing, friendly and have an upbeat personality.
Qualifications include but are not limited to experienced construction or project management leadership of field-based-crews (3 or more years) and concrete related experience is a plus. Candidate must have demonstrated organizational and team leadership, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), proficient in excel/word, proficient in creating and understanding schedules/gant charts, possess a commitment to quality work, have demonstrated record of leadership and achievement of delivering projects on time and within scope and budget while meeting other project objectives.
Travel is required, must be willing to travel throughout the US and oversee work-site locations. Computer experience is required. Construction related 2 to 4 year degree is a plus but not required.
Compensation:
We offer a competitive pay scale depending on level of experience with job advancement opportunities readily available. The company also provides lodging and per diem for food expenses while out of town. All travel time and expenses are company paid.
